Nicolas Sfeir is a mechanical engineer and the principal of EEF Custom Homes and Remodels, a company that specializes in design-build projects. With over 21 years of experience in commercial construction in Las Vegas and Austin, Nicolas has built a reputation as a leading expert in the field.

After graduating with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Nicolas began his career in commercial construction, where he worked on a wide range of projects, including hotels, casinos, and hospitals. He quickly became known for his technical expertise and attention to detail, earning numerous accolades for his work.
In 2018, Nicolas decided to shift his focus to custom home building, joining EEF Custom Homes and Remodels as the principal. With his extensive experience in design-build projects, he has been instrumental in leading the company to success, overseeing the construction of some of the most stunning homes in the Austin area.
 

Throughout his career, Nicolas has demonstrated a deep commitment to quality and innovation, always seeking out new ways to improve the construction process and create truly exceptional spaces. He is a firm believer in the importance of communication and collaboration, working closely with his clients to ensure that their vision is realized in every aspect of the project.

In his free time, Nicolas enjoys exploring the natural beauty of the Austin area and is an avid hiker and outdoorsman.
